Old Product Collections: If you have requested collection of a Like for Like old appliance with a delivery drop off, then we ask that the item is clean, dry, disconnected and pulled out of situ before our delivery team arrive or select our disconnection service for us to do this for you.

However, if you have ordered our Appliance Installation service for your new appliance, this will include disconnection and removal of the old one as standard.
