Our showrooms located in Aylsham, North Walsham and Sheringham are OPEN for in store sales, delivery, installs and Click and Collect.
Our priority is to continue to maintain public health while aiming to continue serving our customers and help them with their electrical products, spares and repairs.

When we drop off we will leave the product for you to unpack and put in situ. If you are unable to do this please speak to one of our team who will happy to go through the service we offer.

We will supply electrical appliances to your doorstep
FREE delivery is available in Norfolk (all NR and PE31,32,35,36,37 Postcodes) only.
Please check with us as this area may be amended on a case by case basis.
Please consider our team if the delivery is above ground floor or you are aware of any issues for access such as steps, unsuitable surfaces and parking restrictions and discuss this when your booking is confirmed. There will be a charge of £15.00 per item if we establish a Non Standard delivery situation.
Unfortunately, at the moment, we are unable to deliver if you are out of our Norfolk postcode areas.
If your order is less than 20kg we may be able to arrange a courier service for delivery but this will be chargeable (please call us to get a quotation).
Please make your purchase in store, online or over the phone and you can arrange with us to Click and Collect from our warehouse in Aylsham at Unit 6 NR11 6SZ as long as you have a proof of ID. (near Ben Burgess and Screwfix).
Are you offering Installation Services?
Prior to our arrival and installation, we will call you and will ask a few precautionary questions regarding parking, access and COVID-19. We will ask that you sanitize down the whole area around your existing product if you require us to take it away and we will also do this again upon arrival at your home, if necessary. We will use sanitizer wipes or cleaning spray to clean any areas we have been in contact with and the team will be wearing a mask.
We will take a photo to prove the installation has been completed.
By following all Government advice, we can make sure we can continue to serve our customers and protect our people.
Therefore, if you or anyone in your household are self-isolating or have symptoms of COVID-19 we will ask that you re-arrange your delivery.
Please do sanitise and ventilate the room prior to our arrival.
Before ordering these installations please do ensure that:-
- The main water feed in the house/flat/business can be turned off safely without force.
- That your new appliance will fit with at least 2cm clearance on all sides.
- Please ensure you have correctly chosen a freestanding or built-in appliance according to your existing appliance.
- You have correct joining piping and electrics in place for your product ie cold feed and waste out and correct safe power supply.
- You have measured the housing for built-in appliances and these are already assembled and have the correct dimensions for your product.
- Please Just Ask the sales team about access issues eg. steps, stairs, slopes or any obstructions which may create a Non Standard Delivery situation.
**** Please Note:- Failure to provide the above prior to arrival will accrue an installation charge even if the work cannot be completed. ****
Will you bring the product into my home?
Yes, we will adhering to the government guidelines. Our team would prefer that you would vacate and ventilate the room, as per current Government Guidelines.
We will ask you to answer some COVID-19 questions either over the phone prior to delivery on upon arrival and before entering your home.
Our drivers have been issued with disinfectant to keep their vans clean and virus free and to disinfect the area they will be working in and ask you to do the same prior to our visit.
Drivers will also wear masks if you ask them to and and carry hand sanitizer and disinfectant aboard their vans.
Can your driver refuse to come into my house and install my product?
Keeping our team and customers healthy and safe is our top priority so there may be an occasion where a driver does not feel comfortable entering your home.
If this does occur you can agree to a doorstep delivery or re-book the delivery through our customer service team Tel 01263 889116.
What happens if I book a delivery and start to feel unwell or I'm told to self-isolate?
You should rebook your delivery by contacting us on 01263 889116 and talk to one of our team in the warehouse .
You might decide to re-arrange your delivery or we can deliver to your doorstep, but we won't be able to offer the full range of services, including installation. See below if you are self-isolating.
Do you deliver free across the UK?
Whilst we do normally deliver nationally, we are having to restrict this service to all NR postcodes and PE 31,32,35,36, and 37 ONLY due to stock availability unless the product is less than 20kg and if a courier is available. We would need to assess this on a day to day basis.

Customers may be asked to sign the ePOD device or any paper document and we will need to take a name and take a photo proof of delivery to confirm we have delivered the item. Where this is refused we unfortunately will not be able to leave the delivery and it will need to either be cancelled or re-booked.
