The 'Click and Collect' facility is a fast and easy way of shopping at J B Postle and offers all of our local customers a 24 hour 7 day a week online shopping facility with an option to make a collection from us 6 days a week from 9am - 5.30pm. This option cancels all delivery charges from the basket and enables you to reserve your items easily before then collecting them in store. Choose the 'click and collect' button beside the product and it will go into your basket and will cancel all delivery charges. You can then go into the rest of the purchase in the usual way including setting up an account and giving us your information and card payment details which will be finalised at time of collection. We will then reserve the item for you or order it, if necessary, from our supplier. A deposit may be required for special orders but this will be confirmed to you when we receive your order. We will keep you informed and contact you when the product is ready for collection. Your payment will not be taken, unless a deposit is required, until the collection date has been confirmed to you as being acceptable which means you can also choose to pay when you come in store to collect by cash or card or other means agreed by ourselves. The 'Click and Collect' option gives our local customers the flexibility of shopping online with the added bonus of visiting the store to discuss any product queries with our staff on collection. ie the installation or setting up of the product.
